- Payments: Payments made for Happy Families digital services are non-refundable.
- Content Access: Content access depends on your payment status.
- For pay-as-you-go or subscription content, access is only available while your payments are active.
- Content with a set term will expire at the end of that term.
- Lifetime access is granted for specific products, but it’s not transferable.
- Content Rights: Happy Families retains all rights to the content, and copying or downloading content is prohibited.
- Library Usage: Content in your library is for individual household use. Sharing within the same household is allowed, but sharing beyond that is a copyright policy violation.
- Sharing for Organizational Use: If you want to share resources for organizational use, please contact us at [email protected].
- End of The Quest Access: When you cancel your subscription, you will lose access at the end of your billing cycle.
- Lifetime Memberships: As of 2024, Lifetime Memberships have transferred to Lifetime Access to The Quest, and will remain valid for the life of the purchaser or the duration of the offering. Please note that this offering may change or end, and no refunds will be given for lifetime memberships if the membership is discontinued.
