Level Up Every Month

Every month over the course of 4 months, you’ll gain access to a new level on an important parenting topic, divided into 4 stages. Stages 1-3 will typically have short 5-10 minute videos and practical activities for individuals, couples, kids, or the whole family to do together. You’ll also find an exclusive bonus section in each level of The Quest for neurodivergent families.

1. Orientation: evaluate your current situation, explore potential opportunities, and chart your own path.
2. Navigation: Dr Justin Coulson will lead you through each step towards your parenting destination.
3. Progression: we’ll equip you with tools to monitor your advancement during this stage.
4. Collaboration: share both the triumphs and challenges of your journey with your Quest Community, including the Happy Families team!

We recognise that family life can be hectic, so you’ll have life-time access to The Quest, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
